It’s always a honour when a friend asks you to brand her new company and it was no different when Kelly asked me to be part of her big move away from the city to the Cotswolds where she and her coffee van ‘Oscar’ would keep the locals caffeinated. Kelly already had a name and wanted a simple logotype she could trans under. A few afternoons in the coffee shops of north London later, and exclusively working in black and white, Grouch was born.
